About Me
Driven by curiosity and a passion for digital communication, I have cultivated a career dedicated to the preservation and thoughtful management of digital assets and artifacts. With over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning government, non-profit, and corporate environments, my goal is to connect people, ideas, and data. As a proud neurodivergent practitioner, I leverage my lived experience with Autism and ADHD to advocate for true digital accessibility, plain language, and inclusive, user-centered design.

Selected Work Samples
Single Digital Presence (SDP) Capability Uplift
As a Content Designer and Training Facilitator for the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet, I designed and delivered learning programs for over 400 public sector content editors. This work focused heavily on establishing accessible content workflows that anticipate the needs of both human users and future AI/semantic web interpretation.
Tools & Skills:

Nelson Mandela Foundation: Digital Archive Release
Description: During a 12-month international volunteer assignment in Johannesburg, I managed the preparation and release of an online archive containing 60,000 digital objects (videos, audio, photographs, and documents). I also managed the procurement and rollout of an organization-wide Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS).
Tools & Skills: AtoM (Access to Memory), Archivematica, ISAD(G) standards, Dublin Core, METS, Python/Command-line interface.
3. Digital Cadastre Modernisation (DELWP)
Description: Served as the Industry Engagement Officer for a $42 million digital transformation project turning Victoria’s property map base into a digital dataset. I produced LUV's first online stakeholder reference group and managed the end-to-end technical production for the 800-attendee Victorian Spatial Showcase.

4. Wavemaker Stories (Women in STEM)
Description: Initiated and managed a multi-platform project to increase the visibility of women in subsea engineering. Secured $180K in government funding to develop a social media campaign, a comic book, and a touring exhibition.
